About the role

Deliver Speech Pathology services across a diverse caseload. Broad QLD coverage across metro, coastal and regional locations. You will join a service experiencing strong growth across NDIS and Out of Home Care, stepping into varied community-based work focused on functional communication and swallowing outcomes.

You will be supported by strong clinical systems, teamwork and clear pathways for career development.


Key responsibilities

· AAC assessment and intervention

· Paediatric feeding support and dysphagia management including aspiration risk

· Functional communication assessments within NDIS

· Manage varied caseloads with quality focused outcomes

· Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team



Skills and experience

• Experience in AAC
  
• Exposure to paediatric feeding and dysphagia
  
• ADOS experience desirable
  
• Strong communication and report writing skills
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team
  
• Commitment to culturally safe, values led practice
